Accounts Administrator
Location: Camberley
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

My client, based in Camberley, is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly Lettings Team. We are looking for candidates who have a confident telephone manner and excel at working with numbers.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily banking - rent processing, including identifying credits on bank statements.
2. Payments to landlords via database and online banking, including providing statements to landlords.
3. Chasing outstanding overdue rents.
4. Processing credit notes and refunds, including calculating pro-rata rent for ending tenancies.
5. Managing let-only landlord invoices.
6. Processing and payment of supplier invoices.
7. Handling monthly tenancy renewals.
8. Preparing quarterly and annual non-resident landlord tax returns.
9. Filing annual lettings tax return for HMRC.
10. Generating annual income/expenditure statements for landlords.
11. Compiling monthly lettings figures.
12. Dealing with check-in paperwork.
13. Conducting annual audits.
Skills Required:
1. Proficient in advanced Excel.
2. Database management.
3. Accounting knowledge.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
