Your New Role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Team Leader to join our Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service (RAMS) contract, part of the MOD's Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) based onsite at Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire. The Team Leader plays an important role overseeing the operational performance of the Resource Coordinators using the MRI CAFM system to ensure all Response and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are correctly appointed within contractual timeframes. You Will Be Responsible For Liaising with Supply Chain Partners and RSC Manager to monitor and review availability of Resource. Line Manage all Catterick Resource Coordinators, ensuring KPIs are delivered. Maintain effective and compliant customer centric policies and procedures to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the contract. Analyse supply chain operative performance to identify and implement improvements in First Time Fix rates. Work with the National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) National Service Centre (NSC) to identify opportunities to improve the Diagnostic Decision Tree and Graphic Decision Tree. Ensure compliance with GDPR Regulations and Comply with the Organisation's Equality Policy. Support the management of complex maintenance tasks ensuring repairs are planned, sequenced and delivered within KPIs. This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
