Job Description
In this new procurement administrator role, you will be an integral part of a small cross-functional team, with day-to-day responsibility for procurement across our IT function with a focus on supplier and license management activities.
Typical Duties Include:
* Management of all IT software licensing, ensuring all software is appropriately licensed at renewal and reviewed by the Technical Assurance Manager.
* Procurement invoicing and purchase order raising.
* Ensuring renewals are completed in a timely manner and that goods received are asset tagged where appropriate.
* Maintaining all procurement processes, procedures, and policy documents.
* Effective management of the IT Admin mailbox.
* Advising the business and conducting research on consumable and procurement requirements.
* Meeting and communicating with suppliers.
* Liaising with finance to minimize late payments on invoices and escalating issues where necessary.

* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Motivated, self-driven individual, capable of working on own initiative.
* Ability to deliver to tight timescales and changing priorities.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Ensure sensitivity and confidentiality where appropriate.
Nice to have skills:
* Understanding of SMCR conduct rules.
* CIPS Qualifications.
* Experience in a Supplier Management and/or Procurement role.
* Experience of working in a highly regulated environment, ideally the Financial Services industry.
* IT/License Management related experience.
* Experience of using CODA.
