Job Description
* Maintaining and managing all important documents either for a particular project or whole organisation.
* Ensuring transfer of documents from departments is smooth and maintainable.
* Making sure all documents are in the right location and are accessible to all internal services.
* Ensuring all documents are stored and backed up and any loss of data is reported.
* Checking and editing incoming documents and preparing ad hoc reports on projects as needed.
* Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure standards are met.
* Assisting with communication during external audits or examinations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Document Controller should have:
* Strong knowledge of the Property industry.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
