Our client is a leading estate agency and requires a full-time Trainee Estate Agent to join their successful, outgoing, and hardworking team from their branch in Stroud. As a business, they fully invest in their employees, with a complete training programme and excellent progression prospects; therefore, no previous experience in property is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To negotiate house sales to achieve set targets in line with the company business plan.
2. To appraise and record information relating to properties for marketing purposes (post valuation).
3. Liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors, and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required.
4. Ensure that all management information is reported to the branch manager within agreed timescales.
5. To provide leads and arrange appointments for mortgage advisors.
6. Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. To actively promote all available services offered by the company.
8. Record all information on a computer-based system.

7. Must have a full driving licence and car.
Salary: Generous training salary of £25,000 for the first 6 - 9 months. Once fully trained, you will have an OTE of up to £28,000 comprising a basic wage plus a generous and achievable commission structure.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, with a day off in the week (Working 5 out of 7 days).
