Your role at Veezu: The Business Support Assistant will manage daily interactions with Driver Partners via the Driver Partner Portal, ensuring efficient and compliant operations in line with Group policies. Reporting to the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager, you will also support Facilities and Operations with DSE assessments, Health & Safety initiatives, assist the Regional Call Centre Manager with HR and compliance tasks, and help the Regional Commercial Team with area-specific projects. We are a tech-driven on-demand mobility service that supports our hyper-local communities, helping them thrive and so much more What you’ll do: Assist Driver Partners (DPs) throughout the lifecycle, from attraction campaigns to set up, daily queries, and disengagement while ensuring compliance and timely, proper communication with relevant stakeholders. Manage, respond and action all relevant tickets issued via Zendesk in a timely manner. Oversee and manage local facilities, including completing routine inspections, risk assessments and escalating any required maintenance, and timely repairs of equipment and infrastructure. Assist in various HR functions, including, but not limited to, onboarding, employee relations, escalations, performance management, and compliance. Provide day-to-day support to our Call Center, Commercial and other teams. This includes regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks, event coordination, and assistance with specific projects or initiatives. Conduct data analysis and market research to support commercial decisions and prepare reports/presentations that provide insights into market trends, sales performance, and other relevant metrics. Adhere to local licensing regulations and continually ensure that DP vehicle & licensing records are kept accurate and up to date. Support in the careful monitoring, identification and follow up of any ongoing investigation in relation to potential DP fraud and / or confirmed cases of fraud. Assist the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager with integrating any new businesses into the region. Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance. What you’ll need: Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
