Working with a leading interior fit-out contractor based in London, specializing in delivering high-quality commercial fit out projects. The company takes pride in creating inspiring spaces and working closely with clients to meet their exact needs, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand our team with an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of exciting fit-out projects.
Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
* Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, delegation, and efficient workflow.
* Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards on-site.
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects remain within budget.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
* Resolve any project issues or conflicts that arise and mitigate risks.
* Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project progress.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out sector.
* Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
* Experience managing commercial projects.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A degree in Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
* Relevant qualifications such as Prince2, PMP, or similar would be advantageous.
