The specialist school is located in Rugby and supports vulnerable students from the ages 7 to 19 with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) as well as those with Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs (SEMH). Your Role: Provide 1:1 and group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) & Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). Assist in English, Maths, and other subjects under the guidance of the class teacher. Maintain detailed records to monitor student progress. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
