STARBUCKS GENERAL MANAGER | Circa £40,600 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme The Starbucks name speaks for itself and we’re looking for a manager to contribute to its success by creating and delivering an amazing Starbucks experience for our guests and team. In this role, you will be a passionate ambassador for Starbucks and will live and champion our mission and values whilst leading your team to create inspiring customer moments. You will embrace the unique coffee culture and will be responsible for growing and developing the business which is located in multiple venues across the village. You will support with facilitating and developing a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team, whilst ensuring effective performance management strategies are in place and your team are actively contributing towards this. HOURS OF WORK Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall between 7am and 11pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Essential requirements: Proven track record in leading a team, including strong influencing skills Strong financial awareness – with responsibility for financial delivery and business planning A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills Previous experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility Experience in training and developing a team Have a motivational approach towards colleagues and work Empathetic and supportive approach to leading a team Ability to coach individuals to be accountable for their own performance ABOUT THE BENEFITS Center Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
