We currently have a great opportunity for a part time FM Cleaner to join our Property Plus Facilities Management team on a permanent basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a FM Cleaner, you will carry out cleaning duties in our offices and other Group properties. Typical duties include cleaning common areas, toilets and guest accommodation according to a rota for cleaning duties. You will replenish consumable items as required, empty waste bins and similar receptacles, lock and unlock windows and doors as directed and ensure all cleaning materials are clean and ready for the next shift.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
* Literate and numerate to Key Skills Entry Level 1 (Essential)
* Experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks
* Good understanding of Health and Safety issues
* Ability to perform physical tasks required by the post (including lifting, carrying and pushing waste bins and vacuum cleaner)
* Trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality at all times to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive information
* The ability to create positive working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to our customers
* Ability to work without direct supervision
* Good communication skills
Clean UK Driving Licence (as travel between sites may be required)
