As part of an end-user organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving the improvement and development of their planning systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with advanced planning tools, and support the design, testing, and deployment of new solutions. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on workforce planning systems or similar domains. Strong understanding of workforce planning tools and systems, ideally with hands-on experience managing and improving platforms like FLS and D365 CRM. Experience with similar systems is also highly advantageous. Expertise in managing improvement backlogs, governance, and working within multi-disciplinary teams. Experience in testing, deployment, and supporting complex system changes. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including operations teams, IT architects, and product experts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Technical proficiency in workforce planning systems, with the ability to provide high-level support and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Backlog Management: Curate and manage the improvement backlog for workforce planning systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Governance Coordination: Collaborate with the governance board to prioritise and select initiatives for development. Solution Design & Build: Support the design and implementation of system improvements, working with cross-functional teams. Testing: Plan and manage testing throughout the solution delivery process, ensuring quality and functionality. Acceptance Testing: Coordinate with operations teams for acceptance testing and smooth handover. Deployment: Oversee the successful deployment of changes, ensuring minimal disruption. Continuous Improvement: Identify and act on opportunities to enhance systems and processes. Support: Provide Level 2/3 expert support for planning systems as needed.
