Monday to Friday – 14:30 – 23:00
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: Circa £28,500

Role Overview:
The Business Improvement Supervisor will be responsible for leading and implementing business improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive performance. Key responsibilities include:
1. Identifying areas for improvement within the operational processes.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
3. Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement goals.
4. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
