What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Complete administration tasks related to payroll queries.
2. Use and maintain the time and attendance system to process weekly and monthly on-site payroll within deadlines.
3. Coordinate and record-keep absence and sickness data, managing the absence hotline.
4. Set up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived according to GDPR standards.
5. Process weekly and monthly payrolls on-site within specified deadlines.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
1. Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
4. Ownership of processes and responsibility for your workload.
5. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
