Your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping to oversee projects works across the client portfolio. With additional PPM and reactive maintenance contracts as required.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with sub-contractor partners.
* Identifying and onboarding new contractors to enhance the network.
* Collaborating with the operations team to keep daily functions running smoothly.
* Tracking performance and preparing insightful monthly service delivery reports.
* Overseeing critical management systems, including:
o Asset registers and histories.
o Preventative maintenance schedules (PPM).
o Monthly performance reviews and client requests.
o Health & Safety compliance and subcontractor management.
o Environmental impact assessments and management systems.
* Organising supplier review meetings and presenting actionable insights.
What You'll Bring:
* A background in trades such as electrical, plumbing, or joinery ideally.
* Experience managing facilities management contracts/ assisting with projects in a busy FM environment.
* Proven experience managing subcontractors.
* A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments.
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Experience managing multi-site properties (preferred but not essential).
* Leadership experience in staff performance management.
