We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist & Creator to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy; create engaging content and drive online growth. The individual will manage our digital presence across multiple platforms, lead campaigns, and ensure our brand message is effectively communicated to our B2B and D2C audience.
This position requires a creative, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who has an eye for great-looking content, who is reactive to trends and has a thirst for increasing sales. You will be someone who has previously worked in an in-house or in-agency position, looking to step into a role with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic and varied environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
* Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.
* Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
* Work cross-functionally with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts and share insights that can drive business growth.
* Develop content calendars and marketing plans aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
* Content Creation & Management:
* Design, write, and produce high-quality, on-brand content including producing blog posts, social media graphics, videos, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
* Create engaging, creative, and on-brand content that speaks directly to our target audience
* Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
* Provide digital marketing support for product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
* Innovate and experiment with new ideas and content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
* Campaign Execution & optimisation:
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
* Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
* Track, analyse, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
* Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into campaigns.
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and implement a social media strategy that engages followers and promotes the brand across various channels.
* Identify and build relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, overseeing content creation, and ensuring campaign deliverables meet brand guidelines and objectives.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Skills & Experience:
* Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of proven experience in executing successful digital marketing strategies, including campaign management, content creation, and social media management.
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
* Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
* Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to campaigns.
* The ability to understand and operate Shopify, web design and development principles (e.g., CMS, landing pages, A/B testing).
* Strong creative skills, including relevant graphic design, photo and video creation and editing, and copywriting.
* Previous SEO experience not essential, but desirable.
