Our client is recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary/Administrator to join the Conveyancing Team at a well-established law firm in Nuneaton. This newly created role has arisen due to an increase in workload and offers a friendly, collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence.
2. Liaising with clients and third-party professionals.
3. Managing diaries and appointments.
4. Utilising legal case management systems and audio dictation software.
5. Filing, scanning, and uploading documents.
Requirements:
6. Experience in a conveyancing role within an SRA-regulated law firm.
7. Strong typing and communication skills.
8. Familiarity with legal case management systems.
9. Ability to work well in a team.
