Our client is hiring for an office based Telecoms Support Administrator based south of Manchester Salary of between £28k - £30k Qualification: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, experience of the telecoms industry is desirable but not mandatory as full training will be provided. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Processing of customer orders. Updating partners/customers with order statuses Addressing any issues with processed orders Credit checking customers Setting up and chasing of direct debits with customers and partners and following up with any cancellations Setting up trials and managing the full process Procuring hardware from company suppliers Supporting the sales team with Business Operations matters Operating Customer Service and Accounts desk to respond to customer queries on accounts, orders, and existing customers. Assisting with the on-boarding of new partners. Number allocations & number management Assistance with regular audit exercises Porting & exporting of customer numbers to and from our platform Required Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills Attention to detail To be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing environments Be able to grasp new concepts quickly Team player Good working ethics Intermediate level Excel
