This Customer Account Manager role will have the following responsibilities:
Deal with Customer Queries and provide Quotations
Receiving and processing customer orders
Negotiate prices and discounts with the customer
Handle all after sales calls for internal and external customers
Full investigation and closure of Corrective Action, ensuring preventative actions have taken place to avoid problem replication.
Plan, organise and communicate return of product
The ideal candidate for this Customer Account Manager role will have the following skills:
Flexibility
Previous experience within customer service is essential
Previous experience quoting customers and managing post sale relationships
Exposure logging customer journeys through a CRM
Previous experience working within a team
Keen to learn and develop within the role
A full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
