Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate or Legal Director – Leeds
The Partners are looking for someone with a strong employment background from a reputable practice as well as someone with solid experience in respondent work. Experience of advising public sector clients is desirable, but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor within this growing team to work with a range of public sector clients within the healthcare sector. No previous experience of this sector is required although an interest in working with such clients would obviously be preferred. You will also advise corporate, private sector clients, but the main focus will be public sector.
Overview
* Job title: Associate / Senior Associate
* Salary: to £80,000 (depending on experience)
* Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
* Previous Experience: 4 PQE+ Background from respected employment team ideally with respondent experience. Experience of working with public sector clients would be preferred though this is not absolutely necessary.
Fantastic opportunity to progress within growing Leeds team
The ideal candidate will have upwards of 4 PQE / 5 PQE and will be a confident operator. Most of the clients supported by this team are healthcare providers or companies who operate in this sector. However, candidates do not necessarily need previous experience of working with such clients.
The Partners are looking for solid experience coupled with the right aptitude. It should be made clear that the successful candidate will also advise private sector clients, though the main focus will be public sector.
