Analyst - Digital Product –Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
About The Role
You will leverage the power of data to enable our Digital Product and eCommerce Teams to better serve our customers and increase their Value.
Your work will have a direct impact on shaping some of the most used Digital Products in UK eCommerce.
On a day to day basis, you will work hand in hand with digital product teams and eCommerce teams across our Online Groceries business.
You will be reporting to our centralised Data & Analytics department, which means you will benefit from a lot of expertise and peer to peer training.
What You’ll do
* Discover opportunities to increase the satisfaction and value of our customers and present them to Product Managers
* Deliver insights to Product Managers to inform their decisions
* Help quantify the successes & failures of product features & initiatives
* Support the definition of Key Metrics to monitor performance and measure the success of Digital Products
* Collaborate with our Digital Analytics Implementation Team and Data Teams to help define what we need to measure on our Digital Channels
* Lead the design of Experiments (A/B Tests), ensuring they are run in a scientifically valid way
* Analyse experiments and provide actionable insights and recommendations back to the Product Teams
* Create actionable reporting
Who You Are
* Must have and excellent knowledge of Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
* Good experience and understanding of Digital Experimentation (A/B Testing) and the science behind it
* Ability to communicate complex findings to key stakeholders in a simple way
* Ability to influence stakeholders
* Curious and proactive
* Experience with (or willingness to learn) SQL and/or Python
* Positive attitude with ability to embrace change and deal with ambiguity
* Knowledge or strong interest in Digital Product Development
