We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Buying Admin Assistant to join our retail department. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a keen interest in the retail industry.

Our client is a medium-sized retail business specialising in Textiles & Homeware. With a headcount of about 200 employees, the company is headquartered in Worsley and prides itself on its strong commitment to value and customer service.
Description
Supporting the buying team in day-to-day administrative tasks
Assisting in the management of product orders and deliveries
Helping to maintain an accurate and up-to-date product database
Conducting market research to aid in buying decisions
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Communicating with suppliers and internal teams
Ensuring all purchasing documents and records are correctly filed
Contributing to the overall efficiency of the retail departmentProfile
A successful Buying Admin Assistant should have:
A good standard of education, preferably with a focus on business or retail
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
An interest in the retail industry and a desire to learnJob Offer
