Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? Our top legal client in Luton is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their reputable team as a Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
2. Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
3. Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and attending meetings and hearings when required.
4. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other members of the team to ensure efficient case management.
5. Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property law.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, procedures, and precedents.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
5. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in order to manage priorities effectively.
6. IT proficiency, including working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
7. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide appropriate solutions.
