Join a leading professional services firm in central London as an Executive Assistant to the Practice Director. This dynamic role involves:
Partnership/Managing Committee Support:
* Provide administrative support to the Practice Director and non-fee earning support to the partnership.
* Arrange and coordinate partner meetings, including agendas, papers, IT setup, catering, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate European management meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Manage office and travel insurances, risk registers, and regulatory requirements for London and European offices.
* Provide strategic input and support.
HR Support:
* Coordinate feedback forums and processes for fee earners and support staff.
* Support agile and flexible working strategies.
* Assist HR with research, administration, and key strategic projects.
BD/Marketing Support:
* Provide administrative and research support to partners and associates.
* Assist with legal directory submissions and digital marketing initiatives.
* Create branded marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign.
Person Specification:
* Experience supporting board-level executives with confidentiality and discretion.
* High-level administrative support for M&A, BD, Marketing, and HR.
* Strong skills in managing complex diaries, workloads, and business relationships.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
