The Role
:
1. To project manage a number of complex projects, from inception through to handover to business.
2. Ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters
3. To develop, streamline and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.
4. Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
5. Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
6. Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
7. Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
8. Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and take ensure any issues are corrected immediately.
About you:
9. NVQ Level 6
10. SMSTS
11. CSCS
12. First Aid
13. Driving License
14. PLC House Building experience
15. Timber frame experience (desired)
