We are looking for a REGIONAL AFTERSALES ADVISOR to join a franchised main dealer team covering their Exeter and Honiton businesses.
Daily activities will include:
* Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, accurately recording vehicle faults and customer requirements.
* Welcoming customers on arrival and ensuring each one receives an excellent service experience from drop off to handover.
* Updating customers throughout their vehicle’s work-in-progress, as well as authorising additional work and making follow up calls.
* Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to keep track of vehicles’ progress and ensuring customers’ vehicles are ready on time.
* Obtaining authority and payment for work completed.
The Successful Candidate should:
* Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
* Be well-presented, professional and a clear communicator.
* Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed.
* Have previous experience in an automotive customer service role.
* Have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage their time effectively to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Must hold a full driving licence without excessive penalty points.
