Main duties of the job In addition to duties outlined within the job description, the postholder will play a pivotal role in: Providing high quality supervision to psychological therapies staff. Providing access to consultation and case discussion with MDT members. Supporting the development and delivery of training and CPD opportunities for MDT members. Working in conjunction with the teams' triumvirate leadership team to enable the provision of high quality psychological therapies in line with clinical pathways and evidence-based practice. Be responsible for the provision of direct psychological therapies and manage own caseload. The expectation for an 8A role is that60% of WTE hours are to be spend involved in client related activity, such as clinical appointments, consultations, associated meetings; and 40% of WTE hours are to be spent on staff and service related activities, such as: supervision, reflective practice, service improvement and development.
