Role Responsibilities: Lead the History Department, providing strategic direction, curriculum planning, and subject development. Teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for history. Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Promote a passion for history through extracurricular activities, trips, and initiatives that enrich students’ learning experiences. Monitor student progress to ensure academic achievement and support individual needs.
