This is an opportunity to gain working experience and knowledge and achieve a level 3 qualification. To apply for this apprenticeship opportunity your current qualification status should not be greater than 4 GCSE Grades C/ 4 including English and Maths. If you do not have English or Maths at Grade C/4 you will be required to work towards these qualifications in addition to the apprenticeship. The team are based at County Hall, Fishergate, Preston, PR1 8RE providing support to operational staff and managers. We have a hybrid working style of 40% office working and 60% of working; therefore, you will be required to have a suitable working space within your home and broadband connection. The duties of the role will include a wide range of administration functions, including: Processing statutory checks for prospective foster carers and other household members. Tracking the progress of statutory checks using in-house data management systems Recording on in-house systems Formatting and distribution of reports Ordering goods and equipment included the processing of invoices using in-house systems. Support with meetings as required which could include taking notes.
