We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our hands-on Finance & Purchasing team, supporting with finance and administration tasks for a busy self-accounting office. Working alongside the Finance Manager and Team, this is a great opportunity to grow in a finance role. The role of the Finance Assistant includes the following areas – but at any given time primary duties will be assigned on one or more areas: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Income Audit/General Cashier Associated month end responsibilities What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance or a similar role in hotel accounting. This position requires strong financial skills with the ability to analyse financial data and reports. A strong knowledge of Excel is a must as well as a solid mathematical aptitude, well developed problem-solving skills and an eye for attention to detail. You will be required to have tertiary education in finance or accounting.
