The Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Salesforce team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Landmarks group-wide Salesforce capability. The vision is to create a single authoritative view of customer activities across all Landmarks group businesses whilst also creating a seamless experience for the customers.
The role will involve:
12. Proactively seeking out and identifying needed system changes (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
13. Managing system changes without interruption to the user
14. Gathering requirements from end users
15. Creating and maintaining fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce.com objects.
16. Debugging and troubleshooting the root cause of issues as they arise
17. Assisting with migration from older systems/processes into group Salesforce instance
18. Managing duplicate records
19. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
20. Sandbox environment management
21. Creating and administering training to existing or new users/groups
22. Mentoring of junior colleagues within the Salesforce team
23. Assisting sales management to create processes in saleforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
24. Creating and managing Flows.
25. Experience in change management and governance
26. Management of integrated applications and third-party applications.
About You
To be successful as the Senior Salesforce Administrator you will have demonstrable experience in salesforce administration, working with the platform for 3+ years, and ideally hold certifications on Salesforce.com. You will be comfortable mentoring junior administrators and hold a breadth of experience to share.
You will also have/be:
27. In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully extended though capabilities using AppExchange
