About the Role
We have a fabulous opportunity for an energetic, motivated, passionate pharmacist to take up this exciting role as Joint Team Leader for the Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator Team. This role covers the Leadership and support of the Clinical Pharmacist Facilitation Team and is responsible for maintaining relationships with Health Hawke’s Bay PHO and HHB PHO Population Pharmacists.

About You
The successful candidate will be registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with no restrictions, will have 10 plus years in the pharmacy profession, of which includes 5 years’ experience as a senior clinician and will be an outstanding communicator, motivator and change manager.
