At Personal Functional Assessment Services (PFAS), we are committed to supporting individuals through high-quality, compassionate, and professional Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments.
We are looking for Clinical Support Manager (CSM) to join our team and play a key role in leading and developing healthcare professionals in this vital service.
Position
As a PIP Clinical Support Manager for IPRS PFAS, you will foster a supportive and engaging work environment for all colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Healthcare Professionals.
Providing clinical guidance and ongoing development opportunities for team members.
Driving engagement, motivation, and professional growth within the team.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Contributing to an outstanding customer journey within PIP assessments.
Maintaining clinical governance and compliance with GMC, NMC, and HCPC standards.
Monitoring team and individual performance through Management Information (MI) to identify trends, risks, and development opportunities.
Implementing appropriate action plans in line with HR policies where necessary.
Requirements:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
One of the following qualifications and have a current and valid registration with the associated governing body without sanction.
Essentials Qualifications (without these your application cannot be considered)
Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist.
BSc or Qualified Paramedic.
Are a Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only).
Experience in supporting and coaching within the PIP sector
Have a strong understanding of the PIP contract and its clinical quality requirements.
A minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role (coaching experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Other information:
Salary: Starting from £44,000 (dependent on location and experience).
Position: Full-time, permanent.
Location: Hybrid.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Travel: Successful candidate must be able to travel to Eastbourne, Brighton, or Redhill sites once or twice a week.
