The successful applicant will provide general administrative support, ensuring agreed service levels are maintained.
* ·To issue guarantees in a professional timely manner upon receipt of completed applications.
* ·To manage the internal process of approving and registering IKO contractors in line with company criteria.
* ·To assist with the coordination of all contractor training.
* ·To manage and maintain the training schedule and subsequent forms
* ·To issue the CSCS cards in absence of a Technical Engineer.
* ·To maintain a register of all guarantees issues and all projects.
* ·To provide professional advice to all internal and external customers relating to guarantees, contractors and product training availability.
* ·To assist with any clearly defined administration activities that add value to the company.
* ·Undertake training and development activities.
* ·Identifying and striving towards business needs.
* ·Identifying skills to be developed.
* ·Provide support to other departments on matters relating to the contractor experience.
* ·Manage and update contractor data in various systems e.g. Salesforce & JDE.
* ·Issue deeds of appointment and welcome pack in an accurate and timely manner.
* ·Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Salary up to £25,000
