Sales office Administrator required for my well established client, based on the outskirts of Loughborough
Own transport is required due to the location
This is a full time, permanent role, working 9-5 and 8-4, alternating weekly
They need someone in the Electrical office to assist with the following:
* Creating estimates
* Chasing quotations
* Processing RAMS
* Raising and creating jobs
* PPM spreadsheets
* Booking works in and sending reminders
* Stock control
I?n order to apply, you must possess the following:
* Able to comfortably use a computer and Microsoft app's
* Excellent telephone manner
* Organised
* Ability to prioritise
* Excellent communication
It would be very advantageous if the candidate had some electrical knowledge or are /is undertaking training.
