Job summary The Senior Band 6 Occupational Therapist will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, to meet the needs of clients referred to Mildmay Mission Hospital, ensuring the highest possible standards of practice. The suitable candidate will provide highly specialist Occupational Therapy (OT) input (assessment, treatment and advice) to patients referred to the unit. Main duties of the job Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all professional activities including occupational therapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients and clients referred to Mildmay as an autonomous practitioner and in partnership with the patient/carer; obtaining consent in accordance with professional guidelines and local team procedures.
