Job summary The following post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administrator. The post will be within the Liaison Psychiatry Team (this service provides mental health assessments for patients presenting or currently staying within hospital) for 37.5 hours per week. This role does not involve patient contact. Main duties of the job To provide comprehensive admin support to the Team/Service To work with and alongside other Administrators Responsible for re-ordering stocks of office supplies. Responsible for replenishing forms/leaflets/documents in the workplace. Responsible for caseload management. To support Team Managers with staffing and booking agency staff.
