Top boutique property firm seek a NQ solicitor to join their growing Property Dispute Resolution team, which is highly regarded in the specialist area of Landlord and Tenant Law with particular strengths in residential agricultural tenancies, residential lettings, tenancy deposits, Rent Act 1977 tenancies and residential and commercial long leases.
As a solicitor in the team you will be responsible for:
* Managing your own civil litigation case load, with support and supervision tailored to your experience level.
* Handling property litigation matters including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, forfeiture, debt collection, boundary disputes, rent reviews, disrepair claims, and deposit disputes. There is also the ability to work in long leasehold areas if an interest is shown.
The ideal candidate will have good work and client management skills that will fit into a team delivering a first class service to a diverse range of quality clients including major property investment companies and pension funds, government departments, local authorities, developers, retailers, property insurers, prestigious private residential estates and high net-worth individuals.
