As explorers in the field of materials science, our M&T Lab plays a crucial role in delivering essential product test data for aerospace customer qualifications, product re-sites, problem resolution, and product development activities. This role involves continuous improvement of testing methods, expansion of testing capabilities to include physical, mechanical, and NDI techniques, support with test requests, and root cause analysis investigation. You will be involved in method development, delivering and improving training, and networking with the wider Syensqo community and industry. You will bring:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (minimum).
* 5 years’ experience in the advanced materials market in a technical capacity.
* 2 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial position preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement tools, techniques, and methodology.
* Intermediate or advanced understanding of the composites industry, including resin families, fibres, test methods, and statistics.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

* This is not a remote position, physical presence is required at our Wrexham site in the UK, however, we would be happy to discuss possible flexible working options and what this may look like for you.
