Afantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to lead theIdentity Governance Administration (IGA) team within Chief SecurityOffice. This role is responsible for leading a team of engineersresponsible for the IGA tooling and the provision of services tothe wider Group. The Lab are in the midst of transforming theIdentity & Access Management (IAM) core toolsets, with thisrole driving the move from OIM to SailPoint, so this is a reallyexciting time to be joining. The successful individual will beinstrumental in shaping the service as we continue ourtransformation journey.

As a Senior Manager within theColleague IAM Lab, you’ll play a key leadership role in ourcontinued transformation journeyby:
* Leading the delivery of tooling insupport of Identity Governance.
* Building out asuite of capabilities based on the SailPointplatform.
* Delivering modern IGA options forlegacy applications and systems.
* Being a keyvoice as part of the agile team, using your product owner skills todrive product development.
* Helping to define,communicate and implement our IAM strategy, methods, andapproaches; working with others to implement andembed.
* Working collaboratively with others toachieve shared success through regular, reliable, and high-qualitychange delivery.
* Driving the delivery andadoption of IAM Industry standards.
* Keepingabreast of current and future developments in IAMtechnology.
What we arelooking for:
You’llhave
* Extensive experience of CyberSecurity and Identity & AccessManagement.
* Industry recognition as an expertin IAM solutions.
* A strong technical backgroundwith extensive experience across multiple technologies, to includeexperience delivering, developing and running IGAproducts.
* Experience leading technical teamsdelivering operational services.
* Experienceleading Agile delivery.
* Strong collaboration,influencing and communication skills, with an enthusiasm foradvocating technical excellence!
* A provenability to listen, coach, mentor and support good principlesinternally to develop a world-classteam.
