About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this renowned College, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and fairness of examination processes within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistent improvement and optimisation of the service and quality within the JCIE Secretariat. They are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance measures implemented throughout the entire examination lifecycle, from development and administration to evaluation and reporting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Key responsibilities include:

Experience/Qualifications/Key Skills
This is a great opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate experience in a quality management or assurance role, preferably within a healthcare or service industry setting. You should be able to work constructively and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiating skills are essential, along with honed analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, identify trends and patterns, and drive data-driven decision making.
In addition to the above, you will have the ability to motivate and inspire teams, foster a culture of quality excellence, and drive results in a dynamic working environment.
