Who are we looking for?
We have a brilliant opportunity available for someone to become a new Body Linker within our development department. The successful candidate will become a flexible member of the current development team. The experienced Body Linker will be responsible for assembling knitwear garment panels using linking machines, ensuring that each product meets the company’s high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with knitwear, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of garment construction. Additional training will also be provided to upskill.

What will you be doing?
* Operate linking machines to assemble knitted panel sections ensuring precision and accuracy with garment specifications
* Identify and address issues with machines or garments during the linking process to minimize downtime and maintain flow
* Liaise with Quality Department to ensure garments meet high quality standards and any defects flagged
* Support health and safety within the production area, following all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company health and safety standard
What will you bring to the role?
* Experience: Proven experience as a body linker or a similar role in the textile industry within knitwear
* Skills: Expertise in operating linking machines and handling delicate knitwear materials
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
* Can do attitude and a strong work ethic
