About the Role:
We are actively seeking a Sales Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, successful applicants will be targeted on the development and sustaining of new business as well as the management and relationship building of current clients.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing new business essential to the growth of the company.
2. Conducting site visits to evaluate works being requested.
3. Confirming the company is in a position to conduct work and quoting works.
4. Liaising with the operational team to deliver exceptional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.
5. Working closely with the depot managers to help achieve sales targets and provide accurate forecasts for expected sales.
Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will require a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Applicants will be expected to attend on-site visits, cold calling, and travel when required for regional meetings.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Exceptional sales and customer service skills are key to success in this role. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is hungry to do well, ambitious, hardworking, and able to show initiative. Applicants will have established sales experience ideally within the multi-utility/drainage industry.
