We are looking for a HRIS and Benefits Analyst to join a law firm in London in a hybrid role.
The HRIS and Benefits Analyst will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate with the wider HR team.
The role is responsible for managing and maintaining HR Systems and platforms with the emphasis on developing the HR System to reach its full potential, enhancing reporting capabilities and management information, and improving the user experience.
This role is also responsible for HR data, reporting and management information.
Tasks will include:
HR Systems
1. Manage and maintain the HR System, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, managing data flows in and out of the system and ensuring data accuracy is maintained.
2. Provide helpdesk assistance to HR Self-service users and training in the use of HR systems.
3. Be the first point of contact with system providers regarding any updates, system changes or issues that arise, and manage and maintain relationships with those providers.
4. Manage implementations of new system functionality or modules.
5. Create and maintain quick reference user guides for the systems key user groups.
6. Regularly audit data held in the system, and consider how information held through the system could be expanded upon or improved to enhance reporting and MI.
7. Be the super user for the HR folders on the DMS.
8. Assist the Recruitment Manager, as required, with online recruitment systems and develop processes for recruitment databases and LinkedIn.
9. Streamline workflows as and when required.
10. Undertake the holiday rollover process.
HR Data and Reporting
1. Liaise with key user groups to develop a reporting library and enhance regular reporting capabilities, introducing automation where possible.
2. Be the first point of contact for any HR MI / reporting queries or requests.
3. Provide reports and data to support the biannual salary review process, spreadsheets for HoDs to review as well as comparator spreadsheets for any returned market data.
4. Provide information and data, on request, to support marketing information, client pitches, salary and benefits surveys etc.
5. Data gathering, manipulation and calculation in order to provide accurate information for annual Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Benefits
1. Maintain the BUPA portal for any starters and leavers to the PMI scheme.
2. Maintain user databases for any additional platforms provided via the current benefits provision.
3. Assist with the biannual benefits windows and liaise with benefits brokers regarding renewals.
4. Periodically review the firm’s benefits offering and be aware of current market trends and provisions.
5. Build and maintain a strong relationship with the firm’s benefits brokers and the flex benefits platform provider.
