We have an opportunity for a Housing Specialist to join our Customer Services Team in the Newbury office.
This will be a full time permanent role, where you'll be working from home and in the office at least two days a week.
The starting salary is £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
The role:
Our Housing Specialist role is a unique opportunity to use your tenancy management and housing knowledge.
You'll be triaging the often complex housing queries that come in to SNG, making sure we are responding to our customer's needs. There will be some case management as well.
This is a office based role where you'll be supporting our customers by telephone, email and our digital channels, actively engaging with them to understand their issue and resolving them in a timely and appropriate way.
As a member of the Customer Services Housing Team you will be part of a growing team where you'll share experience, knowledge and ideas.
What you'll need:
Previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
The ability to self-motivate and be highly organised
Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to use multiple computer systems
Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
The ability to problem solve and recognise when there's a risk
