Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to scheduling interviews. Assist in the disciplinary and grievance procedures, preparing documentation and taking minutes. About You: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
