Wimbledon High School is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to play a key role providing operational health and safety administrative support to the Estates Manager, and Estates Team. Your responsibilities will include managing the estates maintenance calendar, assist with PPM compliance management & document control, and assisting with scheduling of preventative, remedial and reactive works as required. In addition to the above, you will also prepare monthly reports with regards to health and safety compliance, as well as provide administrative support with the Estates Teams finances and contract management. About you To be considered for this role, you will need: Knowledge of relevant health and safety compliance Supervisory/management experience Helpdesk/CAFM management experience Knowledge and experience of PPM and scheduling Experience of contractor management Experience of document control You will also need strong IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, and the ability to use online school systems for helpdesk management and maintaining compliance records.
