You will also support the Head of HR in developing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business goals and objectives. HR Officer key responsibilities: Administration and ensuring all employee records are accurate. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. Ensuring legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support the recruitment process from advertising right through to induction of new Teammates and reporting on activities. Provide reporting and analysis for the Head of HR. Maintain HR systems, ensuring compliance with best practice and legislation. Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives. Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis. Support the Head of HR in embedding Culture and Values initiatives within the Business. Teammate surveys and analysis Co-ordinate training and development programmes for Teammates. Assisting with the organisation of company events and team-building activities. Assisting with payroll administration and ensuring all employee records are accurate for Payroll processing Opportunity to participate in employment relations, e.g. disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement and redundancy processes, etc. Your self-motivated, proactive approach will ensure your success in this HR Officer role. You will ideally have CIPD level 3 qualification and have experience in a fast-paced changing environment.
