1. Employment Tribunal cases
2. Compromise agreements
3. Internal appeals and appeals against Employment Tribunal decisions
4. Unfair / constructive dismissal
5. Whistle blowing
6. Discrimination law
7. Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations
8. Contracts of employment
9. Reorganisation and redundancy
10. Conduct and capability cases
Subject to Standard DBS Required
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
