* To ensure the team delivers effective imaging by providing appropriate clinical leadership, managerial leadership and educational and development expertise.

* To work as a Senior Radiographer to a high professional standard and to provide assistance, training and guidance to others, mainly to radiographers, helpers and students in order to maintain these standards.

Who we're looking for:
* Diploma or Degree in Radiography
* HPC Registration
* Evidence of substantial CPD in clinically related and relevant subjects
* IV injection certificate of competence
* Previous experience as a Radiographer in an imaging department
* Competence across a range of radiographic, management and leadership skills supported by professional and specialist knowledge acquired through degree (BSc Honours in Radiography or equivalent qualification).
* Extended image interpretation skills and knowledge of disease and pathological conditions and their radiological appearance, in order to identify conditions that may warrant further urgent action e.g. skeletal fractures, pneumothorax, cancers etc.
