We're recruiting for a Brand Marketing Executive role to join our exciting George brand team. It's all about preparing and delivering marketing plans at the right time as well as understanding the customer mindset and delivering industry leading marketing moments that will catch the attention of our customers.

* Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to co-ordinate and execute marketing from brief to implementation.
* Work in partnership with our trading teams to understand and deliver our product proposition and strategy.
* Contribute to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of all brand marketing briefs and wider marketing plans.
* Oversee the end-to-end process of all brand marketing plans and activations, working closely with multiple stakeholders within the brand team and wider business to ensure alignment to the brand narrative and brief.
* Own the brand marketing critical path and alignment meetings to ensure all tasks are completed and engage all stakeholders in delivering on time.
* Co-ordinate reviews of the market, competitor product and marketing propositions through comp shopping and sharing ideation to drive strategy.
* Regularly undertake reviews of George brand activity to identify future opportunities, learnings and successes.
* Create marketing packs with clear storytelling for each brand execution across all marketing channels.
* Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the coordination of marketing initiatives and alignment into Asda campaigns and Asda marketing channels.

As well as having similar experience in a Marketing role, you'll demonstrate:
* Experience in marketing or retail preferable but not essential.
* Experience of fashion retail marketing would be advantageous.
* Agile, flexible, open to change and with a test-and-learn mindset, comfortable working at pace.
* Self-starter, happy taking accountability and creative in problem solving.
* Confident, inclusive and engaging in communication.
